Previcox Emails
"Sambo" Hello, My 1 year old German Shepherd and I have just returned from the vet. He has had a sore foot or leg this past week so I took him in to have it looked at. They sent him home with 7 Previcox pills to be taken 1 per day for 7 days. I decided, just out of curiosity, to look up the medication on the Internet because I had never heard of it and wanted to see what I could learn about it. The very first article I read was yours and I thank God for that. I will NOT give it to him, thanks to you and your article. It may not have killed him like it did your poor Rowdy, but I can't see any reasoning in taking a chance when aspirin will do the job just as well and a helluva lot safer. I cried when I read your story. It's always SOO hard to lose of your dogs, but in such a manner as this, it had to have been absolutely devastating. My heart goes out to you, along with many thanks
for informing me and possibly saving my dog's life. |
